Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, please email us at murphyengineeringsolutions@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us first to arrange it.

Non-returnable items

• Items marked as clearance or promotional
• Custom or special order items
• Tools that show signs of use or wear

Next-Day Delivery Items

Items dispatched with our Next-Day Guarantee cannot be recalled or cancelled once shipped. These may still be returned if they meet our return conditions above.
