Shipping Rates & Times

We offer next-day delivery on most items ordered before 4pm Monday–Friday. Orders placed after this cutoff may ship the following working day.

Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days if next-day is not available or chosen. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion applies.

Next-Day Delivery Guarantee

Eligible products ordered before 4pm are guaranteed for next-day delivery. If your order doesn’t arrive the next day, we’ll refund your shipping cost — no questions asked.

Free Delivery Promotions

From time to time, we may offer free delivery on selected items or orders over a certain amount. Please note that promotional or clearance items may be excluded from next-day guarantees or free delivery offers.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the UK mainland. If you’re in a remote area or outside this region, please contact us before ordering.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t receive tracking within 1 working day, please contact us.
